Good morning All Saints' Family and Friends!
It continues to be a hot, muggy summer. The 10th Sunday after Pentecost, our online service was streamed live at 10:00 a.m. Thank you again to the Byrnes and Arkady for bringing All Saints Episcopal Bayside to each of us in our homes this week.
The opening hymn was "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty." The sequence hymn was "Eternal Father, Strong to Save." The Gospel reading was from Matthew 14:22-33. The morning's sermon was delivered by Father Byrne and featured a Reuben. (You'll have to watch the replay.) The offertory hymn was "In the Garden" from the Lift Every Voice and Sing hymnal. The communion hymn came from the 1940 hymnal -- "Galilee." The closing hymn was "How Firm a Foundation, Ye Saints of the Lord."
The opening hymn was "Shepherd of Souls, Refresh and Bless." The sequence hymn was "How Great Thou Art." The Gospel reading was from Matthew 14:22-33. The morning's sermon was delivered by Deacon Marjorie. The offertory hymn was "Spirit Song." The communion hymn was "O Food to Pilgrims Given." The closing hymn was "Guide Me O, Thou Great Jehovah."
If you missed Sunday's service, you can catch the replay here.

News and Upcoming Events
- Major Tom's Coffee House Online
Mark your calendars! Major Tom's Coffee House Online returns on Saturday, August 22. We are continuing to evolve and adapt this year and this month's coffee house is no exception. Here's the current plan according to Major Tom.
We will be streaming the coffee house live from the All Saints courtyard (outside) on August 22nd at 8pm with live performers. If you want to perform please let Tom Espenshade know as soon as possible.
If you are NOT a performer, please don't come. We would love to see you and entertain you in person but to assure everyone's safety and to comply with social distancing regulations we are allowing only performers to attend this month's coffee house.
If you want to perform, but not able to attend in person then please send your video on or before August 19 to Teddy Byrne. Please watch for an email from Teddy soon with the uploader link.
For those new to the coffee house, welcome! If you are sending a video we ask that it does not exceed ten minutes which usually accommodates three songs.
This month we will not be able to include videos shot in multiple locations because Teddy needs time to get ready for his return to Ithaca to start his senior year.
Church Merch - The All Saints Bayside Shop
There is a fun new feature on our website: The All Saints Bayside Shop. It features a number of items with our church logo, the Major Tom's Coffee House logo and the Crooks logo. There is a "Grand Opening Sale" going on for the next few days. All Saints gets a portion of each sale, so have some fun shopping and support your parish!
