Welcome to All Saints Episcopal Church in Bayside, New York. We are glad you are joining our livestream to worship with us this morning for The Second Sunday after Pentecost.

This morning, we celebrate the sacrament of Holy Baptism, welcoming Dean Cooper Lundgren into the household of God. The themes of responding to God’s call and walking in faith echo clearly through our scripture lessons. In the First Lesson from Genesis, Abram answers the call to journey to a new land. The Second Lesson from Romans highlights the righteousness that comes through faith and promise, while the Holy Gospel according to Matthew charts the call of the tax collector alongside profound stories of healing and restoration.

Wherever you are watching from, we invite you to participate fully in this morning’s Baptism and Holy Eucharist, Rite II. Please share in our responses out loud and lift your voice to sing the great music of the Church. Our service features several beautiful hymns, including the processional “Father, We Praise Thee,” our processional to the font “Love Divine All Loves Excelling,” and the powerful closing proclamation, “O For A Thousand Tongues To Sing”.
