Welcome to All Saints
Welcome to All Saints Episcopal Church in Bayside, New York, and thank you for joining us for worship on The Third Sunday of Advent.
On this final Sunday before Christmas, we reflect on God’s promise made flesh, as we hear the prophet Isaiah speak of Emmanuel, listen for hope in the words of Paul’s letter to the Romans, and encounter the story of Jesus’ birth through the Gospel according to Matthew. Together, these readings invite us to prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ.
Whether you are worshiping with us from home or wherever you may be, you are warmly invited to pray, listen, and sing along as we gather in this holy season of expectation. Music for today’s service includes beloved Advent hymns such as O Come, O Come, Emmanuel, People, Look East, and Come, Thou Long-Expected Jesus.
Wherever you are worshiping from today, you are invited to participate fully—lifting your voice in prayer and song, joining in the responses, and sharing spiritually in this celebration of Holy Eucharist
